Aluminum honeycomb grid core is bonded by multiple layers of aluminum foils and then expanded into a hexagonal honeycomb shape. As a new product, honeycomb structure materials have been widely used in building decoration, doors, clean room, grids in front of spotlights and photographic equipment as light collimator / illumination separator, directing the air flow in a closed wind tunnel, transportation, package, furniture and so on.

Haxcore mainly uses 3003 & 5052 aluminum foils to make aluminum honeycomb core, namely, commercial grade & aircraft grade aluminum honeycomb grid core.

What we can do:

Minimum Core Thickness:3 mm;

Minimum Cell Size: 2 mm;

Foil Thickness: 0.036 mm-0.1 mm;

Max. Expanded Size: 1600*20000 mm.

Haxcore aluminum honeycomb core material can be customized into format such as block, unexpanded slices, expanded sheets, perforated or non-perforated and drilled core.
